HeartScore is aimed at supporting clinicians in optimizing individual cardiovascular risk reduction. It is the electronic and interactive version of the SCORE risk charts of the European Guidelines on CVD Prevention written by the 4th Joint European Societies’ Task Force on Cardiovascular Disease Prevention in Clinical Practice.
HeartScore is hosted on a secure server and all data are protected by data privacy laws. Setting up a HeartScore User account is free, but users are required to register via My ESC.
