"Our most important aim – reducing the burden of cardiovascular diseases, has now a powerful tool, HeartScore Bosnia and Herzegovina standalone programme for predicting and managing cardiovascular diseases. We shall this launch programme via media and professional associations in the country and our multi-disciplinary teams can now, even without internet connection, establish total cardiovascular risk management in practically every part of the country. We expect to significantly improve the quality of prevention programme in general practice, out-patients clinics, general practice offices, i.e. in everyday clinical practice. We can improve standard care across the country and be sure that patients receive best possible advices and be sure that our advices are fully understandable for large majority of our patients. HeartScore will help us reducing morbidity and mortality in overall population but especially in very important group of patients – asymptomatic high-risk individuals and their families."
